I would like to start out by saying that I am not new to purchasing any type of vehicle and going through the finance process which always tends to be a headache and normally take all day but I can say that this experience with purchasing my first motorcycle was the BEST. Steve V. was the best in every way. I called in on Thursday to inquire about a motorcycle and he provided me with all the information I needed. He called on Friday as a courtesy to see if I was still interesting and coming in on the weekend. Now I can admit you will get those type of calls because the salesperson is looking to make commission off the sale but I can say when I walked into the dealership with my boyfriend I didn't feel that way at all when sitting down with Steve V. He was nice and provided us with the best service ever. He made sure that he worked around our price range and I am glad to say that we rode off with the motorcycle of our dreams. I purchased a Honda 3000eu generator from this store. Sales rep Marjorie did an excellent job matching a unit to my needs. She also went above and beyond to deliver the unit to Port Everglades for shipping to the Bahamas. When I needed advice with what ended up being a faulty oil alert sensor, John Smith in the service department was an excellent resource in leading me through the trouble shooting process. With his assistance my unit is running like new without having to ship it back to the store. I recommend this store for both sales and service.

Dell, was our salesman and I, honestly feel, that he is an extremely valuable asset to your store. he was not only friendly and courteous, he was extremely knowledgeable and made our acclimation to the spyder very easy. My yamaha roadstar broke down on the way to bike week in daytona, when getting there found a shop that would fix it but no one in daytona had the clutch in stock so called every where and found at broward motorsports in davie co. talk to parts guy named anthony, he went great lenth to help and help he did. he said that the dealership was coming to daytona for the show, so he got in touch with sam which i think is the owner, he brought it with him and my friends met him around 9pm that night and picked up the clutch. sorry i didnt met sam in person to thank him, but i did go up to where they where thay was set up but missed sam, the other guys there said they would tell him for me and im sure they did. so in a nut shell these guys went out of there way to help a total stranger and that they did so if i lived in fla and needed a bike or parts this is wheree i would go...thanks again to broward motor sports to getting me back on the rode. I visited the West Palm Beach location and my sales person was Dell Moore. There is probably not enough space or words that will be able to fit here to begin to describe how we felt dealing with Dell and there staff of experienced expertise. OUTSTANDING and Kudos. I recently sold my naked bike Suzuki Bandit to buy a car, you know, raining season. Although I have another 3 bikes to ride: a 2008 HD Ultra Classic Electra Glide, a 2012 HD Sportster XL Custom with the 130 fat tires on front, really nice bikes, as cruiser and touring goes, and I also have a 2011 Kawa Ninja 250 for my wife to ride, I miss my naked bike. So I went to the West Palm Beach Broward Motorsport store to see how a Ninja 650 would feel under my 300 lbs of biking fitness, and I met the nicest person there. Jessica Palacios, on the sales was extremely helpful, clarifying all my questions, and with the very efficient and cool guy on Financing, Greg, my shopping experience was phenomenal. I left the store with the bike I really wanted, a CB1000R, hard to find, but they got me one, really impressive, in short notice. I already rode 80 miles under the rain on it, and even with a cold/flu I don't want to stop, I strongly recommend young Jessica to all you guys thinking on buying a bike. To anyone reading this: I had an awesome experience at the Palm Beach Broward Motorsport location. Until I got to the actual/physical paperwork process, I dealt with Rob over the phone. As for the actual Paperwork: Rob stayed late - - meeting me after hours (7:30pm) - - so we could complete the paperwork. Now that's dedication to Customer Service!!! From beginning to end, Rob has been extremely Prompt, Knowlegable, Helpful and Professional. I myself am in 'Sales.' I also happen to manage other Sales People. So I fully appreciate and admire Rob's 'Level 10' Customer Service!!! Let's put it this way: based on my great experience; knowing what I know now and given the opportunity, 'I would hire Rob immediately!!!' I just purchased a 2007 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200cc from your West Palm Beach location. First of all I have to commend Colin Sperandio in sales. He is truley an assett to your business there. I had no intentions on buying a motorcycle when I visited your showroom. I was just looking around to compare prices and get a feel for the market. Colin came up and was just so pleasant to talk to he explained everything to us, broke down the differences in bike types and I did not feel any pressure from him to purchase which is a huge turn off for me. The dealership is so clean and that coupled with price and colin's disposistion is the reason that I purchased from you. I also have to comment about Javier Perez in parts he took a good deal of time to work with me to find the appropriate helmet style, riding boots etc. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the material and make up of the helmets and boots.

I am the proud new owner of a '11 ZX10R. Gotta give a shout out to Jessica for showing me all my options and helping me make the best decision. I was heart set on walking in there and driving off with the '11 Hayabusa but ran into some credit issues. Jessica explained that Suzuki wasn't willing to extend credit to me but Kawasaki was. She then had me sit on the ZX10R. I fell in love. She forwarded me some non bias articles and videos for me to read up on and research. Come to find out the ZX10R blows the Hayabusa out of the water. He showed me the TwoBrothers black series M2 carbon fiber exhaust and explained the difference in sounds between TwoBros, Yoshi, Muzzy and akropovich. Our salesman, A.J. was great. We were very disappointed in the lack of a sidestand on the Honda Elite 110 which we purchased. They make one in Europe and Asia for a Honda Lead 110 (the exact same scooter) which comes with a side stand or you can order it over there, BUT, not in the US. I think it is the dealers responsibility to order them from Honda and make them available. We now have to buy one for a Rukus and adapt it (not easy). Other than that we love the Honda Elite 110- it exceeds all our expectations...very happy with it.

The service is great, ask for Jessica in buying anything there. She is a great help and without even knowing you personally she definitely knows what's best for you.

I bought my 2009 vulcan 900 used-- private party , the starter was going bad so I brought my bike to the west palm beach location, I asked to speak with JJ the general manager, he took me back to the service department ,they helped me transfer the extended warranty into my name and ordered a new starter from Kawasaki . the starter came in and Robert the service writter called me ---I was there in 30 minutes!! they took my bike in right away, in 45 minutes I was on the road. Richard and Ted were the technicians who worked on my bike---very good work--very good service and covered by the GOOD TIME PROTECTION PLAN so no cost to me! I bought a used 2009 kawasaki 900 custom from a private party-the starter was starting to go bad,so I broght my bike to the west palm beach location. I walked into Broward Motorsports on 09/02/11 looking at cruiser motorcycles. I was approached by salesman, Joe Emanuele. Joe advised he was eager to show me the cruisers the dealership was selling. I looked at the Boulevard M109R and asked several questions about the motorycycle. Joe not only answered all my questions in a very detailed manner, but he also was very sincere & most importantly HONEST. Having a salesman like Joe, was very refreshing because in my opinion salesman only pretend to be good people. Joey in Parts at your Ft. Lauderdale store was the nicest and most knowledgable parts person I have ever met. I buy a lot of parts and export to S.A. Rob Paprin sold me a new KLX250SF and the entire process was smooth. They will show you clearly what you are paying and what they make on the bike so you know you are getting a fair deal. The entire process took less than an hour and Rob went over the bike like a professional. These guys love to ride and now I am hooked as well! Do all your research and then go see Rob last. Thanks to Joe Emanuel i was able to get a Kawasaki Ninja 250. At first i wasn't able to get it. I was stuck with the Honda CBR 250. Although its a great bike, it wasn't the one i wanted. But it was the only one i was able to get. So i had given up on the Ninja. I put a down payment on the CBR and was awaiting its arrival. But Joe was not satisfied, and decided to keep trying for me. In the end i got my desired bike, and was sent on my way with a extensive knowledge of it thanks to Joe. He demonstrated PERFECT customer service! As a die hard Harley Fan whom is getting older everyday I was reluctantly looking for something different than the way over priced Harley. I bought a 2011 Honda Fury from Broward Motorsports.From the salesman Matt,the Finanace manager Glen were great from start to finish. The Fury Is a awsume Bike I drove it home and read the owners manual to my surprise and shock I found out that the Fury has a 322 pound weight limit, which made it impossible to take my wife with me on the bike. I loved the Fury it is well built and well designed, It had some crappy welds around the neck and it has plenty of cheap chrome plated plastic all over the bike. but for the price this is one very nice factory chopper that rides way better than any of my old harleys. I am sure that even if I overloaded this bike with 150 pounds over the limit that I probably would have never had a problem.However I would not be able to live with my self if my wife got hurt riding a overloaded bike. If I had the money I would have just bought two of these Furys so my wife would have one for herself. I was afraid that I was going to be stuck with the Fury But I worried for nothing I worked with Sal, Glen and Matt and we just hashed out a new deal on the ST1300. They gave me a better interest rate that I had on the Fury. They did tell me that I was getting a great deal on my new ST 1300 however I dont think I got a great deal I got a fair deal considering my credit and low down payment that I had. I was told that i could have got a better deal though a different dealer, but I would not change one thing about my sales experiance. I thought I was in for a battle and I was sure I was going to get the shaft. But instead I got the same professional service that I got Buying the Fury through this mishap both Broward Motorsports and I learned a Valuable lesson when buying a Motorcycle find the Vehicle weight and the Gross Vehicle weight. Before you get you heart set on a Motorcycle. As far as the ST 1300 WOW what a Bad a** Motorcycle by far the best quality Motorcycle I have ever owned. Will I ever buy a New Harley again? Yes once Broward Motorsports sells them. Will I ever let my New Honda ST1300 go? sure if someone can get the bike loose from my cold dead hands.

While on a long business trip, my bike's exhaust broke. After calling your service dept. Brian took note of the problem and ordered the parts needed to make the repair. After arriving at your dealership Brian and Red greeted me and then expedited the repair. In about an hour, after a nap on the sofa and a cup of fresh coffee, they had me on my way to Daytona. When asked what the cost was, I was told it was covered by the warrantee...no charge. Many thanks gang- your staff is truly outstanding!

From the first phone call to price tires till i picked up the bike all I have to say is this place has class. They not only killed the dealers around my house as far as tire prices but there service and the people are top notch also. I drove 3 hours from south Miami (on a bald tire cause mapquest gave me messed up directions) but other than that I will drive there in the future to get my parts and oil. Doreen was a class act she helped me out way more than anyone could have asked for. And the rest of the people were so nice.
